Bespoke's sales and customer service team have a wealth of experience and understand the need for easy access solutions, from liaising with carers, family members to the homeowners themselves. It is a very rewarding role to help our customers decide on a life-changing home improvement. Tim, ‘who has 35 years’ experience in the bathroom mobility industry and heads up this department, said “My favourite part of the job is changing people’s lives for the better. When you realise that you have made a huge difference to a customer, and helped them be able to bathe safely or move around their home safely, it is very satisfying.”
